i have a 20 year old daughter with spastic quadriplegia CP that needs help with all ADL...her pediatric faciilty doesn't want her anymore because of her age and i am looking for a good appropriate adult facility in the new york city area...do any of you have hlep in this matter...I would love a group home, but there has to be 24 hour skilled nursing care for my daughter's needs (she now has a trach.

I would definitely recommend UCP. You can look into UCP State or NYC. If you go to the MORDD website, they will have some assistance for you too.
