National Reye's Syndrome Foundation (NRSF) provides awareness to the public and medical community; raises funds for research; provide emotional support and guidance to people who have Reye's and their families. NRSF has local support groups with a directory available. The foundation will also provide materials or assistance to anyone wishing to start a local group.

NRSF publishes a bi-annual newsletter, In The News, which is free to members. They also have pamphlets with various titles all on Reye's Syndrome, and a packet for new parents. There are videos available loan-free with a returnable deposit.

NRSF collects information on physicians and researchers and makes the information accessible to members. There is a national conference; call for further information. They also furnish information to other providers.
