BENT gives gay men with disabilities a place where they can write about their lives and a forum where they can create and discuss cripgay culture. BENT accepts autobiography and related first-person accounts, fiction, poetry, art, essays, reviews, criticism.
- Deaf Queer Resource Center
(DQRC) is a national non-profit resource and information center. This is "the place" to find the most comprehensive and accurate information about the Deaf Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community.
- Passing Twice
An informal network of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender stutterers and their friends. Passing Twice meets every year at the NSA convention, and also holds workshops at other stuttering conferences around the world. In between, we keep in touch through a quarterly newsletter, an e-mail list, and an annual mailing list.
- Rainbow Alliance of the Deaf
RAD is a society of Deaf Gays and Lesbians to encourage and promote the educational, economical, and social welfare; to foster fellowship; to defend our rights; and advance our interests as Deaf Gay and Lesbian citizens concerning social justice; to build up an organization in which all worthy members may participate in the discussion of practical problems and solutions related to their social welfare. RAD has over twenty chapters in the United States and Canada.
