They distribute reliable up-to-date information about CD/DH and the gluten-free diet, seek to increase awareness of the condition among all health care professionals, food and drug manufacturers, the food service industry, the media and the public.
The Foundation collects information on physicians and researcher who treat/study the condition and provide this information to their membership. They will provide information and referrals to other resources.
